Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead project from concept to production
• Monitor project progress and status
• Design mechanism based on specification from customer
• Liaise with customers on design, cost, materials / components selection
• Responsible for product functionality and quality issues
• Support sales teams in technical issue
• Maintain project development milestone on schedule
• Develop and manage project plans and time lines within the scope of the new product development guidelines
• Plan, manage and control all project engineering processes for production and meet product safety standard
• Supervise Engineering Team
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineering Manager

Qualification:

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 yrs working experience in product development with at least 2 yrs at management level
• Experience in Toys design and manufacturing process
• Excellent PC skills in MS Word and Excel
• Proficiency in writing, fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with customer
• Work and station in PRC Plant
