Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic projects roll out directed by Senior Management including but not limited to new site setup, new product launch, production lines transfer across countries, standardization of production on automation
• Lead project schedule to make sure a timely, cost-effective and quality delivery via working with cross-functional teams
• Act as a key change agent to drive digitization for businesses transformation and facilitate a smooth roll out via working with various departments across a geographic span
• Work with manufacturing team on plant shop floor to understand the products and operation processes in depth for assessing new project potential
• Conduct cost analysis and profitability study on respective projects
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders from various functions to align business objectives, identify opportunities as well as minimize risks
• Provide consultancy services with practical suggestions to fulfill stakeholders' needs

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or related disciplines with 20 years or above related experience
• Solid knowledge gained from shop floor of sizable manufacturing firm
• Knowledge in finance/ cost accounting is preferred
• Proven project management skills in handling large scale projects with complexity and diversity
• Outstanding presentation skills and be a strong influencer
• With sound confidence and credibility to take the lead for change management
• Resilient to challenges and able to commit to work in different time zones
• Experience working in a matrix organization working with different counterparts
• Well versed in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager
• Work location: Based in Science Park, Hong Kong but with frequent mainland and overseas travel
