Responsibilities

• Handle general clerical and office administration work
• Support in organizing company functions and activities
• Responsible for business trip and accommodation arrangement
• Provide wide range of operational support to any Admin functions
• Handle general accounting entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable and report preparation & filing, etc
• Support accounting team, including general accounting entries, report preparation & filing, etc.
• Any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• F7 or above
• Preferable with 3-5 years solid experience in Administration function
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in documentation and filing system
• Applicants must be positive thinking, hardworking, responsible, attentive to details, initiative, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is preferable
• The position could be converted to Permanent after completed 1 year contract
