Responsibilities:

• Review contracts’ measurement, valuation and cost control
• Lead the team to prepare all aspects of past contract quantity surveying works for fitting out contracts
• Responsible for tendering, procurement, payment application, payment certification and variation submission
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder in Quantity Surveying, Engineering Management or related discipline;
• At least 10 years of solid experience in professional quantity surveying practices in both Hong Kong and the PRC;
• Good experience in preparing estimates and cost studies for development appraisal of projects in Hong Kong and China;
• Well familiar with full QS services for refurbishment projects from estimates to final accounts including preparing BQ for tenders;
• Possess a good network and excellent relationships with the sub-contractors and business partners in both Hong Kong and the PRC;
• Native in Mandarin.
