• Assist in managing portfolios of company properties and coordinating renovation and relocation projects;
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, execution and construction supervision of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong;
• Responsible for market research, feasibility study and analyze market trends to substantiate property valuation, marketing strategy and investment decision;
• Execute the preventative maintenance schedule and ensure all equipment and designated areas are maintained to the required standard;
• Close coordination of all project activities with consultants, contractors and other relevant parties;
• Supervision and monitoring of site progress to ensure projects are completed according to schedules, and quality and cost are up to Company’s standards and requirements;
• Perform properties, licensing, insurance, legal matters related to properties, and corresponding maintenance issues;

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Structural Engineering / Building Services Engineering / Building Survey or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience involving in large-scale development projects, preferably involved in handling large scale renovation or fitting out projects; 
• Excellent command in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and SketchUp would be an advantage;
• Strong planning, organizing and coordinating ability with good communications and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills with strong market and business sense;
• Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
