Responsibilities: 

• To monitor property maintenance, building renovation and E & M work
• To prepare the tender document of R & M work

Requirements:

• High Diploma/Degree in Building Services Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years experience in property & facilities maintenance of which 3 years at supervisory level/ experience at direct technical staff and outside contractors.
• Good knowledge in the operation of electrical installation, air-conditioning system and builder works.
• Hands-on experience in preparing technical specifications for the works/tenders.
• Registered Electrical Worker ( Grade B is preferable).
• Able to work independently and self-motivated.
• Familiar with ISO9001, OSH18001 is preferable.
• Candidates with less experience or qualification will be considered as Senior Technical Officer
