Job Duties:-

• Assisting the Maintenance Officer in all technical aspects in regard to company facilities
• Ensuring all equipment and machines in good working conditions
• Carrying out regular inspection
• Coordinating with contractors and suppliers
• Assisting in project planning and site coordination
• Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation
• 監管大廈設施及機電設備維修及保養, 以合符安全標準及公司規格
• 聯絡外判商進行維修及保養工作
• 安排人手為大廈設施進行維修及定期保養; 應付突發情況並迅速作出相應的安排
• 妥善保存維修紀錄並定期提交維修報告

Job Requirements:-

• Certificate or above in Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
• Registered Electrical Worker License Grade A and holder of Safety Card a must(電工A牌 & 平安卡)
• Required to work on shift duty and able to handle emergency independently
