This is a Yearly Renewable Contract Position. (Service Provider: Kelly Service). Be responsible for our Customer Experience Management (SmartCare) and delivery great end-user experience, service quality, and network performance.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the high end market projects   delivery of user experience management (CEM) tools and solutions, including platform tool installation and commissioning, CS / PS business analysis, data mining analysis, etc
  • Communicate with clients, collect, understand, organize client needs, and responsible for service solution design
  • Based on client needs, execute professional service design, and develop solutions and plans
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in BSc or BEng. Major in Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering or other related field
  • Have (PMP) project management certification or related certification such as Cisco is a plus
  • Have CEM / SQM / OSS / BSS R&D or project delivery background is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
  • Solid hands-on experiences in deliver large scale of telecom or software projects
  • Solid hands-on experiences with network protocol, data communication and network security related knowledge
  • Understand the basic principles of database, familiar with SQL and SQL , and have database application development and operation experience is preferred
  • Knowledge in core network and wireless, familiar with client operation network framework and business process

  • Customer service oriented, can work effectively under pressure
  • With commitment, sense of responsibility and an open mind to learn new concepts and theories
  • Sense of cyber security awareness
  • Strong coordination, negotiation, problem solving skills
  • Understand the mechanism of project management
