RESPONSIBILITIES: 

•  Responsible for the management of injection and molding engineering

• Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of molding machines, other related facilities and equipment
  

• Solve, improve and minimize the discrepancies of injection molding process 

• Improve the quality and production efficiency of injection

• Work and communicate with engineering team to ensure the cost control being the initial period thru the use of raw materials and mold design. 

REQUIREMENTS :

• Diploma/Cert. in Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 - 5 years’ working experience in toy manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of plastic and mold injection
• Familiar with manufacturing and molding process
• Good analytical mindsets on problem solving
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Willing to station in Dongguan plant
• Candidates with less experience might also be considered
