•  

  -Designs complex injection molds that are dimensionally accurate, dependable, and durable in construction (設計注塑模具，模具尺寸需精確，可靠且耐用)

   

  -Familiar with CNC programming and using UG. (熟悉CNC編程及使用UG)

   

  -Assists and advises members of the tooling department in all areas of the mold manufacturing process: CNC, EDM, and Mold Making. (熟悉車床，銑床，磨床，火花機，線切割等常用設備操作)

   

  -Troubleshoots new and existing production tooling to maximize efficiency. (對新舊生產模具進行故障排除, 維修以及提高效率)

   

  -Assists Mold Repair team with design, mold repair and mold revisions to existing molds. (協助模具維修團隊進行設計，模具維修和對現有模具進行修正)

   

  -Collaborates with Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering and Mold Makers on mold design projects. (協助產品工程師設計模具)

   

  -Works with the assigned NPD Project Manager to meet the expected tooling schedule. (協助產品開發工程師,按期完成模具開發)

   

  -Excellent Knowledge of plastic resins and their molding characteristics(熟識各種塑膠成型的特性)

  -5 years or above experience in mold design and mold making. (5年以上造模經驗)
