KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development new equipment and Automated Process for toy production
• Automation projects Management
• Development new technologies and suppliers
• Cost justification and accountability
• Process and equipment specification
• Process and equipment, procurement and implementation
• Train and assist equipment operators, maintenance technicians in areas of responsibility
• Troubleshoot and analyze process and equipment performance for improved quality
• Automate existing manufacturing equipment
• Plant layout
• Expertise in automation process
• Knowledge of manufacturing labor maps
• Lean manufacturing knowledge
• Strong knowledge in Automation and multicultural experience correlated,
• Strong presentation skills,
• Self-motivated, hands-on leader with a willingness to deliver tactical execution of strategy to deliver results,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Experience working in manufacturing automation,
• Previous experience developing strategic direction and leading/implementing automation projects,
• Ability to work independently structure team activities in order to produce results,

Minimum Qualification

• Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Electronic Automation or Mechatronics Engineering required
• Hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical experience are desirable
• Project Management, Automation or Manufacturing Management Specialization
• -3 years or above experience in Automation field.
