Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service to our internal and external customers regarding work requests
• Monitor contractors’ work progress and performance
• Co-ordinate and supervise any building repairs, maintenance, addition and alteration works
• Prepare and handle tendering works
• Diagnose defects and execute planned maintenance and annual inspection
• Co-ordinate with tenants and other departments to execute the work and certify work completion
• Assist Managers to prepare term maintenance contract, specifications and tender documents
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with the Company’s safety and environmental policies and procedures
• Other duties as required by the Facility Management Manager

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Certificate in Building Services /Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience on building repair and maintenance works
• Grade B Registered Electrician is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and customer services skills
• Work independently and a good team player
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, AutoCAD
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
