Responsibilities :

Assist the Project Manager the following as and when needed

1. Coordinate the in house project team (designers, engineers, procurement, production, assembly, site personnel) for the assigned contract
2. Coordinate the client's team (project manager, architects, engineers, consultants, main contractor), to ascertain contract time, cost and qualtiy objectives, and organize project resources accordingly
3. Review and understand the contract documents (trade contract, scope drawings, specification, exhibits, bid pricing and clarifications)
4. Develop and maintain a system for tracking, updating and reporting on the detailed project schedule for design, engineering, mockups, production and installation activites
5. Review and prepare pricing and purchasing of materials, equipment and sub-contracts, ensuring that both budgetary and specified contractual cost, time and quality requirements are met
6. Attend and take meeting minutes at all required external and internal meetings
7. Prepare and submit all required internal and external contract reports and relevant submissions
8. Monitor suppliers and fabricators' to ensure timely delivery of materials

Requirements :

1. Higher diploma or Post Graduate qualification in Construction, Project Management or other construction or production related subject.
2. Minimium 2 years’ experience in curtain wall, glass wall or bespoke facade design/ project execution
3. Be familiar with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Project
4. Out spoken willing to take challenge and able to work under pressure
5. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator
