Project Manager

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Prepares and implements projects in multi-discipline areas in accordance with agreed conditions on specification, time, cost, and staffing

You are responsible for

• Responsible for End-to-End managing of a project to develop a product: From the initial start until the introduction in the Market.

• Responsible for gaining agreements on and achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost , quality and requirements.

• Ensuring effective introduction of products.

• Manages the scope and requirements.

• Manages the internal and external stakeholders.

• Manages the business case and is a business partner focused on maximization of the added value for the business.

• Manages projects ensuring execution is in line with project guidelines and directives.

• Determines project risks, defines corrective action and drives the projects to closure. Determines, allocates, and directs all project resources in accordance with guidelines. Keeps abreast of developments in project management tools and processes (both internal and external).

• Ensures compliance to corporate policies/rules/procedures.

   

  To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  Dimensions Relating to Know-How: Professional Knowledge, Managerial Breadth, Human Relation Skills

• Specific knowledge of technical engineering of the relevant technical discipline or specific functional knowledge in the relevant functional discipline

• Board knowledge of project management methods, and estimation techniques (resources, time and risks) for the relevant technical/functional discipline

• More than 5 years of experience in project management or product development or relevant disciplines

• Degree in engineering or relevant discipline

• Fluency in English and Mandarin

• Able to travel frequently

• Leading a project where more disciplines are involved
