Reporting to the Assistant General Manager of our sudsidary - Access Control Systems Limited, you will work independently to provide leadership to driveprofits and revenue growth of the car parking and ELV business including growth strategies and professional project management. Will work closely with sales team and project team to expand market share growth. Lead the deployment of installations works and ensure successful project delivery to achieve growth objectives. Capable to provide a continuous improvement on operations productivity, strengthen the strategic relationship with various suppliers, subcontractors and partners, technical know-how on mega project delivery. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall operations management in terms of project delivery, cost control, EH&S management, and engineers productivity improvement.
• Deploy best practices to ensure team are equipped with up to date knowledge on the latest product specifications, engineering technical approach and project cost management
• Perform project manager for large deals and secure on time delivery and payment collection
• Capable to handle at-hoc issues during project implementation and sort way out to minimize negative cost impact and improve overall margin, e.g. delay, re-design, limited delivery schedule
• Regular review and monitor project cost and progress, provide accurate sales and margin forecast and solidify VO opportunity
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in engineering or relevant disciplines, Master of engineering preferred
• 10 years of experience in project delivery including 5 years of management experience, car parking solution and ELV experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership credibility in achievement of sales and profit in meaningful time frame
• Ability to coordinate different parties of organization to achieve success
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, planning and execution skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Independent, resourceful, helpful and hands-on
