Job Description:

• Project supervision and operation
• Responsible in preparing budget, invoice, tender & settlement of Final Account if any
• To execute building & renovation project
• Co-ordinate with Client, Suppliers, Architect & Government Dept.
• Can handle project independently

Qualification:

• High Certificate/Diploma/High Diploma/Degree in Building Services/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Building Studies or related discipline
• Qualified with TCP T1/T3 for Project Co-ordinator
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Construction/Interior field (Fitting-out works for building construction is preferable)
• Strong interpersonal skill with clients, Q.S., contractors & suppliers etc.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with ACAD, MS Windows, Words, Excel & etc.
• Independent, responsible, self-motivated able to work under pressure.
