To further develop Lucky Bell’s position as a leading plastic products manufacturer through developing automation, manufacturing process improvements, and new materials to meet customer requirements. Report to General Manager of our manufacturing facility located in Zhaoqing, Guangdong.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and implementing automation in various production processes;

• Introducing new manufacturing processes to improve efficiency or bring in new capabilities;

• Overseeing the research and development of special materials for developing to customer requirements;

• Overseeing the in-house manufacturing technology team, which is responsible for creating jigs and fixtures as well as assessing, procuring and setting up equipment used in manufacturing

• Assist in implementing production processes for new product lines to support business diversification;

• Assist our Indian counterpart in sourcing and developing manufacturing equipment, including automation

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related subjects, preferably in manufacturing and/or automation

• Experience working in a production facility for at least 12 years

• Minimum 7 years solid experience in automation efforts, direct knowledge and application is a plus

• Minimum 5 years experience in a management position

• Solid understanding of plastic related manufacturing processes, such as molding, decorating, assembly and packaging, preferably where the finished good is supplied to MNC clients

• Working knowledge and/or experience in polymer science is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as attention to detail

• Strong leadership, decision-making and communications skills

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with the ability to perform multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese is required, and good written English
