Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties
- Handle enquiries, complaints and emergency incidents
- Perform administrative duties
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with Diploma / Certificate in Property and Facility Management or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
- At least 4 years' relevant experience in property management
- Good analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Be computer literate in Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Estate Officer.
