Requirements 要求:

• Two or more years of experience in hotel management 兩年或以上酒店管理經驗
• Familiar with hotel operation and team management 熟悉酒店運作及經營團隊
• Good phone manner and customer service skills 具備良好電話及待客技巧
• Basic computer knowledge, knowledge of OTA extranet is an advantage 基本電腦操作，熟悉線上旅行商平台操作優先考慮
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin 具備良好英文及普通話水準

Responsibilities 職責:

• Fully Responsible for all hotel operations 負責酒店全部運作
• Assist in OTA extranet operations 協助線上旅行商平台
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required 執行臨時任務
