Working in the Asset Management Department, the candidate should be customer service oriented and able to deal with high net wealth tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise amongst residential tenants of luxurious properties, internal repair and maintenance department, external work contractors and property management companies
• Arrange and review annual maintenance service contracts for equipment / facilities
• Attend viewing by prospective tenants
• Patrol and report regularly to keep vacant premises in clean condition
• Handover premises to and takeover from tenants

Requirements:

• 3-6 years’ experience in Property or Facility or Hotel Management and relevant degree / diploma is preferred
• Regular driver and able to travel in the peak, mid-level and other areas
• Good command of oral and written English and Chinese
• Willing to work in irregular hours from time to time
• Mature and presentable, result oriented, able to work with minimal supervision
• Possess sense of urgency to fix defective facilities to minimize inconvenience to tenants
