Job Description

Responsibilities:     

Responsible for daily production of A la carte pastry / afternoon tea set / Canapes menu. Maintain smooth operation of pastry section and ensure high standard of food quality, kitchen hygiene and safety.

Requirements:

  • Passion and knowledge for food and pastries
  • 1 year or above experience in pastry production, luxury hotel / restaurant exposure is an advantage
  • Vocational Training in Bakery, Pastry and Confectionery is welcomed
  • Dependable, detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
