Job Responsibilities:

-          Perform general reception duties include handling incoming calls and managing reception area

-          Handle reservations of conference rooms and other event bookings

-          Greeting and serving visitors in a professional manner

-          Organize seasonal activities

-          Assist bar operations and drink menu designing

-          Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

-          1 - 2 years working experience in clubhouse or hospitality industry

-          Relevant qualifications or experience in coffee are advantages

-          Form 5 / DSE or above

-          Pleasant, responsible and able to work independently

-          Self-motivated, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills

-          Proficient in spoken Cantonese, English & Putonghua is an advantage

-          Fresh Graduate will also be considered
