Job Responsibilities:

l   Supervise and lead the daily operation of production team to complete daily production target.

l   Monitor the materials and manpower allocation, coaching and training.

l   Projects for safety, quality and productivity improvement.

l   Manage and monitor daily production schedule, resources planning and inventory control

l   Ensure the safe use of production equipment and train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.

l   Organize a new machines/production equipment project from sourcing to installation, fine tune and repairing for production.

l   Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

l   Develop and implement production, quality systems and ensure compliance of related requirements and standards;

l   Monitor factory environment, hygiene conditions, health & safety management and ISO regulations are met standards;

l   Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned  

Job Requirements:

l   Higher Diploma or above in Production/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or relevant field will be an advantage

l   Minimum of 3-5 years’ supervisory experience in Production/Manufacturing environment, preferably from Food & Beverage industry;

l   Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and fair English;

l   Knowledge in HACCP, GMP and ISO22000 and 5S in food industry will be advantage

l   Knowledge in PC application in MS Word, Excel and Chinese processing.

l   Good communication and supervisory skills

l   Good analytical mind, planning and troubleshooting skills
