Job Description
As an in-charge of IT section, the focus of your role will be, responsible for managing all functions of the Information Technology and Extra Low Voltage system of our Club.

Responsibilities:
- Formulate Club standards, policies and guidelines related to IT compliance
- Ensure effective utilization of IT systems and resources by the Club through a proactive approach
- Install and maintain hardware and software of critical Club system
- Coordinate with all levels of staff, various vendors, web developers, and project holders to ensure the compliance of IT policies and the timely progress of IT projects
- Implement and maintain effective disaster recovery process and strict security measures for all critical club applications and IT infrastructures
- Maintain an updated IT assets inventory and ensure no unlicensed or outdated software is in use
- Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organisation outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends and anticipating requirements
- Establish schedules and progress reports for the system implementation activity
- Coordinate and facilitate quarterly IT audit and review
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in a similar position, preferably in an internationally recognised reputed restaurant chain, hotel or general catering industry
- Certificated Cisco CCNA qualification is an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft server, Office 365, IT budget and IT inventory control
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent time management skills and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and demonstrates flexibility towards changes
