Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise the restaurant and staff; to provide a high quality of service to customers; and achieve the company target
• Provide training and monitor staff performance; maintain an excellent relationship with the customer
• Respond and resolve clients' inquiries, issues and concerns
• To build and maintain long term relationship with our customers

Requirements:

• Holder of diploma or above in Hotel and Catering Operations or related discipline
  
• At least 5 years solid work experience in the F&B or hospitality industry with good beverage and operational knowledge
• Service oriented, creative, energetic and well groomed
• Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated, with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Less working experience will be considered as Team Leader
