Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Respond to all incoming calls, applying your thorough knowledge of the property to effectively assist callers and answer guest questions.
2. Monitors the performance of PABX/Voice Mail/Call Accounting software
3. Responds properly in any kind of emergency or safety situation
4. Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems
REQUIREMENT
1. High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
2. Professional Telephone Manner
3. Able to deal in a mature manner with problem-solving skill
4. Willing to go the extra mile and has a real passion in hospitality
