Job Description
Our client, one of the top financial firms from the US, are extremely keen to meet and hire a strong Windows Engineer to join the growing team and help manage and support their systems, infrastructure and connectivity in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on installation, configuration, troubleshooting and support of the firm's Wintel platform and environment.
- First and second-line support for End Users and APAC colleagues.
- Root cause analysis, problem solving and full issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a hands-on role, ideally in Banking / Finance:
- Windows Server 2208, 2012, 2016;
- Active Directory, Group Policies, GPOs;
- Windows 7 and/or Windows 10 Desktop;
- WMare ESXi 6.x, Horizon View 7.x;
- Server / hardware including Dell or HP server.
- Desktop imaging, VDI image and template management, Windows patch management and application deployment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science (or related) from a reputable institution.
