Job Description
Responsibilities:
vProvide helpdesk support and hardware/software support to internal staff daily
vWindows/Linux Server installation and maintenance
vMaintain the VMware and Network device, including VSphere and VPN
vOn-site support to the stores’ POS system
vAssist e-Commerce team to support the e-Commerce platform and do the data analysis
vLiaise with the IT suppliers and service providers
Requirements:
vHolder of Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
vWith 2-4 years’ IT works experience in performing Server maintenance and Helpdesk Support
vFamiliar with Windows/Linux and VMware Server maintenance
vParticipate in projects of supporting POS/website design is an added plus
vExperience in handling Linux system will be highly preferred
vExperience in E-Commerce or Financial field
vGood knowledge of web-programming, Adobe Photoshop and V Lookup
vGood command in spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
vWorking Location: Jordan/Lai Chi Kok
