Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to track and monitor the cross-functional project team of developers, designers, QA staffs throughout the project and development activities
• Be able to prioritize and work effectively among multiple concurrent projects with tight and changing deadlines
• Be able to define and manage the overall success criteria for the web and mobile application projects
• To perform requirements gathering, design, development, test, and deployment for all phases of projects
• To prepare project related report and document in the full life-cycle of projects  (e.g. wireframe, prototype, user flow, functional specifications, Project planning, including producing the detailed project plan)      
• To manage customer requirements, expectations and drive milestones accordingly
• To measure and monitor progress at clearly defined milestones in the process to ensure that the projects are delivered on time
• To manage the change control process
• To liaise the QA and Support teams to ensure the quality of the delivered features     
• To provide Executive Management project status, and analysis of requirements that might impact strategic direction   

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Computer Sciences, IT or related discipline
• At least 5 years or above relevant experience in project management or team leadership
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or SCRUM project implementation equivalent experience
• Strong sense of responsibility and professional integrity
• Familiar to manage multi-tasks under agile development process
• Set-motivated, well-organized and good interpersonal skills
• Have a ‘Can-do’ attitude
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience on Website/Mobile Game development would be an added advantage
• Knowledge in new analytics technology including AI, robotic solutions and machine learning would be an advantage
