Responsibilities:

• Lead and create deliverables for all aspects of business analysis and functional design
• Provide business process expertise, identify and validate requirements
• Understand the existing process and create solutions for new enhancements
• Collaborate with programmers and testers on software test plans
• Provide systems deployment and post-implementation support
• Partner with internal business users to identify and provide content for internal training

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in business analysis
• Experience in ERP such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or other applications
• Proven ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiating and problem solving skills
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
