About the role:

We are looking for a Quantitative Developer in full-stack to join our trading team. You will be working on developing our quant analytic system and implementing trading strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of our automated trading system, including exchange connectivity, booking, risk management system.  
• Implementing trading strategies, including quoting, hedging, arbitrage and market-making.
• quick response to the desk analytics and trading implementation.
• Automate trading/reconcile/analytics workflow.
• Provide technical support for the trading system

Requirements:

• 3-5 years + Software developing experience, graduates from top schools
• Strong and deep knowledge of Python and one of C/C++/C#/Java is must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient understanding of git
• Good communication skill. Fluent in English
• Experience in front-end frameworks (WPF, web) would be a big-plus
• Big data (100G+) and database design experience is a plus
• Experience in financial/trading industry is plus
