Job duties: 

• Handle schoolwide systems installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and monitoring of information systems such as Microsoft Active Directory, Linux servers
• Administer and monitor the storage and backup systems
• Configure security settings or access permissions
• Perform network, storage, and user administration
• Perform vendor management
• Other IT related ad-hoc tasks when needed

 Job Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Hands-on technical experience in managing Windows / Linux Server, Windows Group Policy, and virtualization technologies
• At least 3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure administration and a minimum 3 years' work experience in Microsoft Active Directory
• Experience in support and administer Office365
• Knowledge of VLANs, QOS, routing, switching and IP addressing
• Detail-minded, committed to work and able to prioritize effectively
• Holder of vendor certificates, such as CCNA, LPI, MCSE holder, is preferred
• Willing to learn new technologies and solutions
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
