Senior Financial Management Manager (Information Management)

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and manage the innovation and implementation of systems
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to analyze the business requirements and determine the optimum solutions and data analytic approach.
• Participate IT blueprint projects and manage business logic, user-defined system configurations for new business cases and efficiency of MIS reporting platform.
• Govern the behavioral modeling development and documentation of FTP for products and customer segments. Review the statistical performance and provide recommendations regularly.
• Coordinate Technology risk (including Information Security) and Operation risk management execution of the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Risk Management, or related disciplines
• Professional qualifications in CPA, FRM or CFA, would be an advantage
• Knowledge in Basel III and HKMA regulation for interest rate risk, liquidity risk and capital requirement
• Understanding of systems delivery lifecycle and delivery methodologies. Proven track records and pragmatic planning skills to manage large-scaled systems integration projects
• Minimum 7 years' banking experience in the management and development of ALM, FTP, Management Accounting (Profitability Analysis) or Capital Management system.
• Demonstrated experience in data mining/ business intelligence
• Experience in building system models by combining model components, and testing the integrity of modeling systems, proficient with model performance review/ validation would be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese

Financial Management Manager (Treasury - Funding Pool Management)

Responsibilities

• Work as a key team member in managing the Group’s balance sheet structure and formulating the Group’s funding strategies
• Assist in developing and managing the Group’s ASEAN funding pool platform and monitoring its ASEAN branches and subsidiaries’ funding positions
• Assist in monitoring and preparing reports on analyzing the Group’s NII, NIM and interest rate and liquidity risk positions
• Keep abreast of the latest financial markets and monitor the Group’s daily liquidity and cash positions
• Assist in the developing and maintaining the Group Treasury policies and procedures

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Risk Management, Statistics, Accounting or related disciplines
• Professional qualification in CTMP, CSTMP, TMA, CFA, FRM, HKICPA, ACCA, ACIB or ACIS would be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking or financial industry with at least 2 years working in treasury, risk management or asset & liability management
• Knowledge in Basel III and HKMA interest rate risk and liquidity risk management framework
• Strong report writing, communication, data management and analytical skills
• Proficient in PC applications (including excel and power point)
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese

Accounting Manager (Regulatory Reporting)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual / interim financial disclosure, HKMA banking returns and Head Office reports
• Develop and implement internal control procedures in order to ensure data accuracy of financial disclosure and regulatory reporting
• Provide analysis and advice on new HKMA / Basel disclosure and regulatory reporting requirements
• Participate in related system projects and UAT testing

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, IT or related disciplines
• Professional qualification in HKICPA or other professional accounting bodies would be an advantage
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in regulatory reporting in banking industry. Big 4 candidates with bank auditing experience are also welcomed
• Familiar with HKMA regulatory reporting requirements. Sound knowledge on CAR, Large Exposure Return or treasury product would be an asset.
• A good team player, independent, self-motivated with good analytical, communication and report writing skills
• Proficient in MS Office application. Knowledge of SQL and/or Fermat (RAy) system is an advantage.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
