WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Manage customer success and happiness of customers in the education sector (eg. schools, tutor centres, publishers, government, institutions, etc.), providing top-notch support and service to them, including customer visits
- Answer incoming questions via live chat, email and phone calls and handle customer inquiries
- Develop and upload Facebook and Instagram posts for marketing purposes
- Develop marketing materials for IT products, including leaflets, brochures and videos
- Provide effective feedback to the development team to prioritise development tasks and suggest new product features
- Be a strong advocate for our brand and products and interact and build a community of loyal customers
- Perform other administrative duties pertaining to all marketing and sales activities
- Meet Up-selling / Retention target
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Tertiary education or equivalent, at least 1 year’s customer service experience, preferred in e-commerce but not necessary
- Experience in any customer facing role is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in IT skills and typing skills in both English and Chinese
- Customer-focused attitude
- Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Detail-minded, high organisational and able to manage multi-tasks skills
- Work under pressure and good time management skills
- Self-starter and good team player
- Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn
- Curious and interested in technology and new products
- Immediate availability is preferred
