Job Description
One of our clients, a system integrator is currently seeking a suitable candidate to join their elite team.
Responsibilities:
- Project planning, coordination and supervision.
- Responsible for Call Centre migration.
- Vendor management.
- Testing strategy planning.
- Manage implementation in Data Center.
- Troubleshooting for customer reported problem.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 2 years working experience with Voice / Contact Centre background
- Experience in Multimedia Contact Center Solutions such as Genesys Platforms and SIP Voice Gateway OR
- Willing to work under pressure and odd hours working.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical, consulting, troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.
- Good team player, proactive, self-motivated and open-minded.
- Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English.
