Job Description
Job duties:
- To perform IT helpdesk technical support including call handling, follow-up action, troubleshooting, coordination with colleagues and escalation to senior staffs
- To deploy computer with imaging software from scratch which includes set up, configure, install software, configure unattended file and sysprep on the new computer for teachers
- To configure, repair and document both school’s IT Hardware/Software/AV
- To assist teachers, support staff and students with computer problems
- To diagnose any special issues and research for any possible solution
- To support IT/AV for morning assembly, house meeting and all kinds of events and forums at School Hall/Covered Play Space/Outdoor Play Space
- To support IT/AV for all kinds of classroom ad-hoc calls
- To prepare IT/AV equipment and photo/video-taking for school events
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Higher Diploma Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- 1-2 years working experience in IT technical or deskside support, preferably in education field
- Certification in MCP or CCNA is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge in performing hardware installation, configuration or maintenance, including PC, notebook, Mac, server, printer and other computer peripheral devices
- Proficient in software installation, configuration or maintenance, including MS-Office, Outlook, Windows, Mac, Adobe products, Anti-Virus and other applications
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Willing to learn, detail-minded and good problem-solving skill
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
The appointee has to perform duties outside normal working hours if required.

Founded in 1992, Christian Alliance P.C. Lau International School (CAPCL) was the first international school set up by The Kowloon Tong Church of the Chinese Christian and Missionary Alliance.
