The Role:

Responsible for overall management on the whole system development life cycle for critical business applications. This role will be ideal for candidates who is multi-skilled and highly capable different environment.

Reports to: Senior Manager - Project Management, Information and Technology Transformation

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver end to end system implementation on enterprise systems including HR, Finance, Point of Sales, ERP, Order Management and Warehouse Management
• Help manage sales and operations related day to day support
• Lead and transform the technology innovation initiatives from legacy systems to new digital enabled technology platforms
• Collaborate with business users and IT in project planning, design and implementation process to ensure project initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently
• Establish detailed project scope, manage user requirements, ensure high quality of project deliverable and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Develop project schedules and manage project budget from initiation to project completion
• Collaborate with cross functional and cross brand business users representing IT on projects
• Manage and deliver assigned projects successfully within timeline, scope and budget
• Provide full range of project management support to business and IT
• Effectively engage and manage internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver target business results
• Identify project risk areas and make recommendation for remedial measure and risk mitigation
• Support PMO to Manage IT change requests

Requirements

• University graduate in Business Administration, Information System or E-Commerce/Digital related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management with at least 5 years in retail business (cosmetic and beauty), preferably in multinational corporate environment
• Familiar with CRM, eCommerce, Point of Sales, ERP (SAP) and digital technologies and platform
• Understand high level SDLC and ITIL principle to help drive and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced business environment
• Strong analytical mind set with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Strong in change management, project management and business process re-engineering activities
• Familiar with traditional Waterfall and Agile, Scrum project methodology
• Experience with operating model and governance framework related to IT
• Analytical aptitude with project related reporting; proficient Microsoft Office skills
