Responsibilities:

•        Responsible for system maintenance and troubleshooting on software / hardware faults
•        Participate in implementation of IT projects
•        Perform software testing with users
•        Prepare technical documentation and system manual
•        Communication among customers, developers and sub-contractors for system enhancement

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline
• Knowledge in virtualization tools (VMware, HyperV), PABX or system monitoring tools is an advantage
• Good analytical and problems solving skills with strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Fresh graduate may also be considered as Assistant IT Specialist
