**Double Pay with Discretionary Bonus**

 Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose, and resolve technical problems;
• Set up computers, POS terminals and peripheral devices;
• Install and configure software and system client according to specifications;
• Carry out monitoring on internal network systems. Maintain different record logs and take appropriate action;
• Provide clear and effective documentation. Orientation and guidance is given to users;
• Perform other ad-hoc and related duties as required;
• Plan, suggest, communicate, supervise, and make well arrangement in the quest of completing several assigned projects under the work in a changing circumstance.

Requirements

• Form 6 or above;
• 1-2 years of experience in I.T. supporting field is preferred;
• Proficient in various computer software and hardware for general support;
• Practical knowledge on IOS device and Android device will be an advantage;
• Willing to work occasionally on weekends and public holidays when needed;
• Responsible, mature and can work under pressure;
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese & English;
• Candidates with more experience, Assistant Officer / Officer will be considered.
• Immediate available preferred.
