Responsibilities:

• Design and search products within the company’s platforms including indoor map and data analytic tools
• Design interactive and interface design solutions for screen-based software applications and systems based on established design principles and in accordance with design strategy, practices, and guidelines.
• Develop and implement interactive and interface design plans, changes, specifications, and reusable design elements for new and existing products.
• Create user journeys, workflows, and wireframes; keep improving user experiences base on insights from the data
• Assist on layout adjustments based on user feedback and identifying and troubleshooting UX problems
• Seamlessly join various teams at any point within a product cycle to design natural interactions and flows
• Work with engineers to understand technical feasibility of existing and proposed user interfaces

Requirements:

• BA/BSc degree in User Interface Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 1-3 years of professional experience designing for interactive online experiences, including web and mobile experience. E-Commerce experience is preferred
• Strong understanding and experience in designing and implementing research and data collection plans for interactive and interface design testing and acceptance.
• Solid working knowledge of modern HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Experience with location-based systems or map-related applications
• Experience in wireframing and/or designing awesome sites or apps
• High proficiency with standard design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Self-motivated and able to manage schedule against multiple milestones and release dates
