Job Descriptions:

• Organise and implement Corporate BIM strategies in Project 
• Support BIM leader to lead a BIM Development Team at Division level
• Work with Project BIM leader to help set project BIM scope and prepare BIM Implementation Plan
• Monitor and report performance 
• Maintain up-to-date status of BIM training and hard/ software
• Support BIM leader to prepare BIM Monthly Report 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Studies, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or Construction-related disciplines;
• Professional Membership of the HKIBIM / Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent professional qualification
• Proficient in use of BIM software, including Revit, Civil 3D Navisworks, etc.
• Minimum 6 years  relevant BIM experience in construction industry, within which at least 2 years should be at managerial level of a BIM team;
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• Good command in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
