Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirement gathering, system analysis & design, development, testing and deployment according to scope, schedule and development standard (e.g. CMMI, SSADM)
- Review and / or prepare SDLC documentation
- Ensure project deliverables are delivered on time and in good quality
- Serve as a mentor to junior developers.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of IT working experience with at least 1 year as System Analyst or similar capacity
- Minimum 1 year solid experience in front-end, server-side java application development such as Spring/Struts, JavaScript, Java Servlet, J2EE development, SQL, Oracle RDBMS, JBoss etc.
- Organised, strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and able to work independently
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
