Responsibilities:

• Technical Support for desktop and server – both software and hardware
• Manage server and network infrastructure
• Conduct system monitoring, performance tuning and capacity planning
• Maintain and implement server and infrastructure policy and standard
• Liaise vendors and application team on project implementation, maintenance and support
• Resolve incidents and problems and liaise with vendor as necessary
• Prepare and maintain technical documentations
• Execute IT related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• 2 years working experience on IT Services would be advantage. Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Knowledge of server and network technologies, preferably in VMware, LAN, WAN, network, firewalls and cloud management
• Experience in Windows Server and Linux
• Self-motivated, quick learner and able to work under pressure
• Good command in both written and spoken English, and Mandarin is preferable
