An initially 1-year contract position

Job Scope:

• Facilitate the enhancement and maintenance of ERP system and related hardware/equipment, including UAT testing, support, trouble-shoot and evaluation
• Identify user workflows and requirements, resolve critical problems, and address potential risks of system application
• Assist in enhancement and maintenance of existing network infrastructure, system and application such as AD, VMware, ERP and others
• Assist in project planning and implementation
• Act as second level technical support to end users and PRC IT colleagues
• Prepare and maintain IT policy and documentation
• Perform Ad-hoc jobs as assigned and work independence

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
• 3 years or above work experience in IT
• Experience with implementation/maintenance of Kingdee Cloud system will be an advantage
• Excellent experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, VMWare, Information Security, Switch, Router, Firewall & LAN/WAN
• Good knowledge in networking, IT Security, cloud and scripting
• Holder of MCSE,CCNA, CCNP, LPI, CISSP, PMP certifications will be an advantage;
• Occasional Travel to PRC is required
• Independent, self-motivated, hardworking and proactive
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
