Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Execute UAT to support project roll-out
- Report UAT test results and defect logs in an efficient and detail manner
- Set up test environments, prepare test case and conduct UAT
- Modify and solve bugs
- Report UAT testing progress/test results/issue logs to the project team in an efficient and detail manner
- Verify defect fixes and report retest results
- Ensure the validated deliverables meet functional system specifications and requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- B.S. in Computer Science, business or related area
- Advanced communication skill in Cantonese and English, Mandarin speaking will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in performing UAT testing; experienced in digital QA would be a plus
- Experience in team management
- Understanding of various software quality and testing methodologies
- Attention to details, persistent and patient
- Have basic knowledge in bank operations, banking products/ services, ideally in digital banking cover online banking and mobile banking
