Job Description
Location: Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
- Leading the application support team in HK and SZ
- Provide onsite L2 support during office hours and on-call L2 support during non-office hours
- Validating, clarifying problems
o Independently carry out incident investigations, root cause analysis, preventive measures with internal and external teams
o Preparation and Review of Incident/Management Report
o Update and Communicate existing procedures & documents
o On-duty standby support during non-office hours
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of IT working experience in application development/programming or application support.
- Preferred prior exposure in banking or financial sectors
- Linux/AIX/Wintel platform supports skills
- Practical shell scripting experience preferred but not mandatory
- Skilful in validating, clarifying problems reported
- Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is essential
