Responsibilities:

• Act as technical lead to oversee and manage overall IT projects, strategic planning, analyses business requirements, ensure the design and implementation fulfill the client’s need
• Enhance and evaluate the efficiency of IT development
• Manage technical direction, provide technical suggestion and guidance in order to ensure smooth delivery
• Provide consultancy to the adoption of emerging and disrupting technologies by new initiatives in relation to technology risk
• Create overall technology standard and practices
• Respond and manage any Incident issues and execution of improvement action plans
• Keep track on the latest technology trend in order to support business needs
• Report to Managing Director regarding the project progress regularly

Requirements:

• Degree holders or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years in IT working experience, with at least 5 years in IT management is a must
• Work experience in sizable system or software development projects of online game
• Solid experience in handle high volume of concurrent users is highly preferred
• Knowledge of technical trends to build strategy
• Strong leadership and excellent people management skills
• Outstanding communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and professional integrity
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
