Responsibilities:
- Act as the team leader to manage and support the team related to IT technical issues
- Coordinate well with internal and external parties to ensure that all services in scope are delivered and aligned with service level agreement
- With clear mindset and full understanding of the services that Service Desk provides in order to prioritize the team workload accordingly
- Monitoring the team performance from time to time to maintain a high standard service level
- Build up good team relationship and team spirit to keep the team in a positive way of working atmosphere
- Mature and with Strong Soft Skills to communicate well and smoothly with different co-working parties
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- At least 6 years of IT related management experience in service delivery and end user service desk management
- Experienced in large vendor and outsourcing management, service delivery would be definitely an advantages
- Good knowledge and familiar with Windows/ Apple IOS and O365 projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills and positive thinking
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
