Job Description: 

• You will join an engineer team to onsite deliver networking services to our corporate customers.
• Your work include provisioning, troubleshooting and maintenance support services for networking, VoIP and system integration services.
• On job trainings will be provided to the right candidate.
• Non-Office hours emergency call support is required.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Telecommunication and Networking or related discipline
• Experience in Cisco Router/Switch, Firewall, VPN
• Certificate holder of Cisco CCNA or higher is preferred
• Related working experience in ISP, SI vendor or network support is definite a value added
• Knowledge in OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, LINUX, DNS, Email, VoIP, IP-PBX, video conference is an advantage
• Experience in SDWAN would be preferred 
• Fluent in Cantonese, conversable in English and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure, willing to work overtime
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
