Our client, an internal school is now looking for a high caliber candidate for the following position:

IT Support Technician (16 - 23K) (23 days leave per year)

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day IT operation support service
Provide support, install and configure of hardware, software, network equipment, e-mail server and office applications
Setting up new user ID accounts and profiles
Responsible for the troubleshoot of system and network
Diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults
Assist in others ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in IT or others related
At least 1-2 years exp. of IT support role in sizable firm
Knowledge of OS X and Windows Operating System. (Linux exp. will be a plus.)
Knowledge of administering users and computers via Active Directory.
Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
